Materials for Bearing Services
Our wide selection of bearing products and services are matched by a wide selection of bearing manufacturing styles. We primarily work with carbon steel, stainless, 52100s, case-carburized 8620, 3310, and 9310, all of which are among the most commonly used materials in our industry; but our customers can contact our team if they would like to suggest a different material for their bearing products.
Bearing Repair Services
Bearing Service Company is able to repair and refurbish bearings in addition to supplying these parts. We are capable of refurbishing a bearing up to three times, allowing our customers to receive as much service from their parts as possible. Once refurbishment is no longer possible, our team can perform reverse-manufacturing to recreate the exact bearing our customers require.
Superior Quality Bearing Services and High Tolerance Capabilities
Bearing Service Company not only meets the global standards for quality through our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, we are well-known in the industry for our superior quality. We accomplish noteworthy quality levels by utilizing coordinate measuring machines and sophisticated CNC machining and grinding machines, which allows us to hit tight tolerances.
These tight tolerances account for up to ABEC 5 precision with a measuring accuracy of 0.00005″. Furthermore, our bearing service operations are housed inside a quality control room where constant temperature is maintained at 72 degrees. Our 88,000 square foot facility is also temperature controlled. All in-process and final inspections for roundness, concentricity, and taper dimensions are conducted in this quality control room, ensuring that every bearing order is completed with excellence.
