Raw Materials for Machining Services
BSC works with our customers to determine the best possible materials for each machining project. These materials can include aluminum, steel, steel alloys, copper, brass, and even certain plastics! BSC receives these raw materials as forged rings, tubing, bar stock, or centrifugally cast rings. We maintain reliable relationships with material suppliers stateside, providing on-time delivery.
Fully Equipped CNC Machining Facility
BSC is equipped with modern CNC lathes and milling machines that soft machine components to a machine size, which allows for additional stock for distortion during the heat treat process. These CNC machines are regularly inspected to ensure that they are properly functioning and able to meet our customers’ standards for high-precision machining services.

By equipping ourselves with various pieces of CNC machining equipment, BSC is able to meet the high-volume production needs of many customers. BSC is not restricted to a certain grade of steel for bearing manufacturing, and instead, accommodates the requirements for customers’ applications. This includes special tool steels for high-temperature stability as well as corrosion-resistant bearings.
All material certificates are filed in accordance with ISO requirements for future tracking and cross-referencing.
