Our company is ISO 9001 certified, which means that we have implemented process controls, in-process inspections, and processes for the tracking of material and heat treatment certifications.

High Quality Equipment and Machinery

These methods of quality assurance are made possible through our use of state-of-the-art equipment, such as the extensive software we use to track gage calibration. BSC also has a coordinate measuring machine with a measuring accuracy to 0.00005. Located in a temperature-controlled room, this equipment is used for all in-process and final inspections of dimensions, roundness, concentricity, and taper. All material certificates are filed in accordance with ISO requirements for future tracking and cross-referencing.
